Getting started

How do I sign up?

Click Sign up, enter your email and pick whether you're a company or an association. You'll get an email with a magic link to click — no password required. An organisation is created for you automatically the first time you log in.

What's included in the 60-day trial?

Everything: unlimited members, all quote and invoice features, no ads, priority support. After 60 days you automatically move to either:

You never need to enter a card during the trial. You only pay if/when you upgrade yourself.

Members & CSV import

How do I import my existing members?

Go to Members → Import CSV and upload a CSV file. The file should have columns for first name, last name and email (column order doesn't matter — you map them in the next step). We parse the file, validate every row and insert them in batches.

What is the 15-member limit?

The free tier (after the trial) is capped at 15 active members. Need more → upgrade to Premium, or archive members you no longer need. We never delete your data — we just block new adds over the limit.

Quotes

How do I send a quote to a customer?

Create the quote under Quotes → New. Once saved you get a public link (format /q/<token>) that you can copy into an email to the customer. The customer clicks, reads the quote in a mobile-friendly view and can accept or reject it digitally — this works as a digital signature (we log name, IP and timestamp as audit trail).

Can I add images / portfolio?

Yes — on the quote detail page you can upload JPEG/PNG/WebP images (max 5 MB each). They render both in the online view and in the PDF the customer receives.

Invoices

How do I convert an accepted quote to an invoice?

When the customer accepts the quote in their web view the status automatically becomes "Accepted". Click "Convert to invoice" on the quote — all lines, customer details and contact info are copied over. Optional lines (those marked "optional") are skipped.

Do you support international VAT / sales tax?

Yes. You set a country-specific VAT rate per line (default 25 % SE), and Stripe Tax automatically applies the correct VAT based on the customer's country on Premium upgrade. We show local disclaimers for the US (sales tax varies), EU (reverse charge) and other markets.

How is my data protected?

How do I export all my data?

Settings → Data portability has a ZIP export with all your members, quotes, invoices and lines in both CSV and JSON. Download whenever you want — no extra fee.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to privacy@1invoice.online from the email address you registered with. We remove your organisation and all related data within 30 days (in line with GDPR Art. 17).

Integrations

Is there an API?

Yes — REST API with Bearer auth. See /docs/api for full documentation, or create API keys directly under Settings → REST API.

Webhooks?

Yes. Register a URL under Settings → Webhooks and we'll POST events to it (invoice paid, quote accepted, etc). The signature is verified via HMAC-SHA256 — same pattern as Stripe.

Price & payment

How much does Premium cost?

€7.99/month including VAT. Cancel any time — no lock-in.

How do I pay?

Via Stripe Checkout — card or local debit depending on your country. Stripe also handles automatic VAT invoicing to business customers (reverse charge within the EU for B2B).
